From the main DocuSign login site, please follow these steps to login to DocuSign correctly.
https://account.docusign.com/

1) enter your username (usually @autopay / @tsg.loan / etc.) at the prompt and hit "NEXT"

2) Select "Use Other Login Options"

3) Enter your password

• Your password is typically the same one you would use to sign into any Microsoft product or your desktop

• If you do not remember your password, click the “Reset password” button to reset it
  

4) Click "Log In"
